Politique de remboursement

We hope that you love your Phia Cup as much as we do. However, if for any reason you wish to return it, you have thirty (30) days after the order has been delivered to do so. We will gladly issue a refund if the return conditions (noted below) have been met.

• Please note that products must be returned unused, undamaged and in its original packaging, which must remain sealed and thereby unopened.
• Please make sure you choose an appropriate cardboard shipping box for your return to prevent the content(s) from being damaged while in transit. Please arrange a return shipment using a carrier of your choice. Unfortunately we can't take on the responsibility for the costs of the return.

Because menstrual cups are personal hygiene products, we cannot offer returns if the cup is used, however, if your cup is damaged or you don’t love it after a few cycles, you can always reach out to us and we will come up with a solution that will fit your needs. 

We recommend trying Phia Cup for at least three cycles and figuring out what works best for you. We will be cheering for you along the way!
